Since the House of Lithuania does not yet have an international cottage, the House hosts special programs in the HPR International Cottages Hall of Nations. In addition, the House of Sweden graciously allows the House of Lithuania to conduct its hosting in the Swedish cottage.
During the hosting:
- Informational videos about Lithuania play continuously.
- Lithuanian books, magazines, maps, weavings, amber jewelry, and other items are displayed.
- Members of the House of Lithuania answer questions about Lithuanian culture, history, and family genealogy.
- Members provide Lithuanian translation services.
- Complimentary coffee and Lithuanian butter cookies are offered to visitors.
The next House of Lithuania hosting in the Hall of Nations is scheduled for the following weekends of January 2018:
- Saturday, January 13 from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm
- Sunday, January 14 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm
- Saturday, January 20 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
- Sunday, January 21 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm
- Saturday, January 27 from 11:00 pm to 4:00 pm
- Sunday, January 28 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm
- and Tuesday, January 23 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm
